Ingredients
1 cup granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla (terlupa vanilla dah habis, ganti dengan esen oren :-)
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp cocoa powder


Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Greased and line a 9" x 2" round baking pan. Set the pan aside.
2. In the bowl of your mixer, blend the sugar and eggs until lightened, about 2 minutes. On low speed blend in the oil, milk and vanilla until well combined and smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk to remove any lumps. Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients. Combine on medium speed 1-2 minutes or until the batter is smooth and lump free. Be sure to scrape down the bowl halfway through mixing.
4. Remove 2 cups of the vanilla batter and place it in the measure you used for the liquid ingredients. Sift the cocoa over this batter, and stir well to combine. Be sure to use a sifter to avoid cocoa lumps in the batter.
5. Now for the stripes. Spoon about 3 tablespoons of vanilla batter into the center of the cake pan. Next, spoon 3 tablespoons of the chocolate batter into the center of the vanilla batter. This causes the vanilla batter to spread out. Continue to alternate batters, in bulls-eye fashion until all batter is used. You will now have thin rings of each batter on the outer edges of the pan, thicker rings towards the center.
6. Bake the cake in the center of the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the cake i
s lightly browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, and then turn out onto a wire rack to finish cooling. Frost as desired

cheesecake marie(unbake) dari norma azuwa zakaria

bahan2 A
biskut marie(perasa original)-norma guna brand MUNCHIES sedap compared dgn brand lain...
biskut marie (perasa capucino)
5sd susu pekat manis
2 tin nestle krim(original)
sprinkle-ikut suka ...norma guna coklat rice ngn coklat chip...

Bahan2 B
250g krim cheese-softened
5sd susu pekat manis

caranya,
1.campurkan susu pekat manis dgn nestle krim -kacau rata
2.celup biskut dn susun dlm bekas berselang-seli original dn capucino,buat sampai krim habis(selalunyer norma dapat 3 lapis)
3.kacau krim cheese dn susu pekat manis sampai sebati...ratakan atas biskut marie yg disusun tadi,tabur springkle tadi ...
4.simpan dlm peti ais selama 6-8jam..bru lar dipotong...

JAPANESE CHEESE CAKE..WIF BLUEBERRY TOPPING..by noralina ahmad


bahan2:
4-5 keping cheddar cheese(saya buh 8 keping)
200ml susu segar(saya sukat air 200ml + susu tepung NESPRAY)
5 biji telor
70gm tepung kek
70gm butter
70gm gula halus(saya tambah lg sikit jadi 80gm)

cara2nya:
1- koyakkn cheese kecik2 dan campurkan 200ml susu,masak dgn api perlahan,kacau selalu..bila dh hancur,masukkn butter n tutup api..ketepikan.

2- asingkan telor putih dan kuning dlm bekas yg berlainan,pukul telor putih ngan 70gm gula halus sampai kembang @ meringue..kemudian pukul telor kuning hingga kembang..bila dh kembang baru masukkn adunan cheese tadi (1)..

3- masukkan tepung sikit demi sedikit,kacau perlahan.sekiranya berketul boleh ditapis.kemudian masukkn adunan meringue tadi..kaup balik n sebatikan adunan.

4-lapik loyang 7x3 inci loyang bulat..tuang adunan dalam loyang.

5- letak loyang dlm bekas yg telah diisi air panas.masukkan dalam oven yg telah dipanaskan 20min pada suhu 170'c selama 20 minit.kemudian rendahkan suhu kepada 140'c dan terus bakar selama 40mins..

**Teknik membakar cara bain marie @ steam bath sbb cheese sgt lembut n mudah terbakar..

TOPPING..
1/2 tin blueberry ..bila kek dh suam baru letak topping...

LAPIS ROTI BERDAGING by NURALASHIKIN OTHMAN


Bahan2
Inti
300 gram daging kisar (ikin guna daging biasa n potong kecik2)
3 biji kentang (didadu)
1 labu bawang besar (didadu)
2 ulas bawang putih (dicincang halus)
sedikit halia (dicincang halus)
sebiji tomato (didadu)
sedikit daun kari
2 sdm serbuk kari daging + 1 sdm cili paste (tambah air & gaul)
garam & gula secukunya
minyak untuk menumis

Panaskan minyak, tumis halia, bawang merah & bawang putih sehingga layu. kemudian masukkan tomato & daun kari, tumis sampai garing. Masukkan paste kari kacau2 sampai naik minyak, kemudian masukkan daging dan kentang.. tambahkan garam & gula.. gaul rata.. tutup kuali. masak sehingga pekat.

Roti pula...
12 keping roti sandwich
500 ml susu segar
3 biji telur
secubit garam
cheese (kalau takder pun takper)
margerin

Dalam mangkuk, masukkan susu, telur, garam. Pukul sedikit.. nak blend pun ok jer.. celupkan roti kedalam susu tadi.. hancurkan guna garfu... ketepikan..

Griskan acuan dgn marjerin.
isi 1/2 adunan roti dalam acuan, kemudian masukkan inti....
masukkan adunan roti yang selebihnya.. kalau rajin leh jer wat byk2 lapis.. :), last sekali taburkan cheese... kalau xder pun mmg dah sedap... bakar dalam oven (api bawah kat tray paling bawah) sampai masak (bila cucuk lidi bersih).
