Black Bottom Cheese Cupcakes (recipe adapted from taken from wardah berduri

1 1/2 cups tepung gandum 
1 teaspoon baking soda 
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 
1/2 teaspoon garam 
1 cup gula kaster 
1/3 cup minyak sayur 
1 cup air
1 tablespoon cuka/vinegar 
1 teaspoon esen vanilla 

Bahan cheese filling
Cream cheese, softened (224gm)
1 biji telur 
1/3 cup gula kaster 
1/8 teaspoon garam
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (choc chips biasa pon ok)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Line two 12 cup muffin pans with paper liners.

Ayak bersama tepung, baking soda, cocoa powder & garam. Ketepikan.

Di bekas besar yg lain, whisk together 1 cup sugar, oil and water hingga sebati. Masukkan cuka & vanilla. Kacau semua bahan hingga sebati. Set aside.

Cara membuat cheese filling

In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and salt. Stir in the chocolate chips. 

Fill muffin cups 1/3 or 2/3 full with chocolate batter, then top with a 2 heap tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture. Bake in the preheated oven until the tops spring back when lightly pressed, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve
