lasaqna

RESEPI BEEF LASAGNA


(Persiapan untuk Hidangan 4 orang).

Bahan-bahan untuk “red sauce”:


½ kg daging cincang
6 biji tomato masak – dipotong dadu
1½ biji bawang besar (putih) – dipotong dadu
7 ulas bawang putih – dipotong dadu
1 tin (400 gm) cendawan butang – dipotong dadu
1 biji cili bulat hijau (“capsicum”) – dipotong dadu
1 tin (400 gm) tomato puree/paste
2 sudu kecil “Italian Herbs”
5-6 sudu besar minyak zaitun
Garam secukup rasa

Bahan-bahan untuk lasagna:

Lasagna sheets (kepingan lasagna) – 4-5 keping
Keju - diparut halus (lebih kurang 1 mangkuk)
Aluminium foil.


Cara-Cara Masak “Red Sauce”

Panaskan minyak zaitun.
Masukkan bawang besar, bawang putih yang sudah dipotong dadu. Tumis sehingga naik baunya.
Setelah naik baunya, masukkan daging cincang. Ketika daging separuh masak, masukkan 1 sudu kecil “Italian Herbs” & masukkan garam. Kacau sehingga masak.
Setelah dagingnya masak, masukkan tomato dan tomato puree/paste. Kacau sehingga separuh masak. Kemudian masukkan cendawan butang dan “capsicum” tersebut. Kacau supaya sekata. Kemudian biarkan dengan api sederhana sehingga masak.
Sebelum api ditutup, campurkan 1 sudu kecil “Italian Herbs”, dan setelah itu masukkan segenggam kecil keju (yang sudah diparut). Kacau seketika & tutup api.

Selesai untuk “Red Sauce”

Cara-Cara Siapkan dan Bakar Lasagna

Lapisan2 perlu dibuat di dalam “casserole”. Secara asasnya, boleh dibuat mengikut selera masing2, tetapi yang penting di atas & bawah kepingan lasagna (lasagna sheets) perlu ada “red sauce” supaya lasagna nya cukup masak/kembang, serta Lapisan paling bawah perlulah diletakkan “red sauce”. Lapisan di atas, perlulah keju parut.

Setelah susun seperti berikut, bakar di dalam Oven dengan suhu 180°C selama 30 minit.

Resepi Popia Mama - Kapten Redeye

This recipe belongs to Kapten Redeye's Mama which he shared as his notes in fb. It's very similar to my mom's recipe. Read the footnote to know the slight difference in my mom's recipe and Captain's recipe. You may also want to refer to the photos in my mobile uploads. Those who would like to try, all the best.

Kulit Popia

Bahan-bahan

Tepung gandum 1 Kg

Putih telur 2 Biji

Garam

Cara Membuat Adunan

1.Bancuh tepung dengan air bercampur garam

2.Pukul putih telur hingga kembang

3.Masukkan putih telur ke dalam adunan tepung tadi

4.Gaul hingga sebati.Pastikan adunan boleh dijemput.

5.Simpan di dalam peti ais selama setengah hari - rehatkan tepung tu

Cara membuat kulit popia

1.Keluarkan tepung dari peti ais,biarkan buat sementara waktu at room temp.

2.Sapu sedikit minyak ke dalam kuali

3.Satu kali sapuan minyak boleh digunakan untuk membuat 3 kulit popia

4.Jemput kulit popia dan letakkan atas kuali - pakai tangan

Inti Popia

Bahan-bahan

100 g taugeh

1 biji timun

250 g sengkuang

10 g bawang goreng

2 ketul tauhu

Cara menyediakan inti popia

1.Celur taugeh

2.Cincang timun

3.Parut sengkuang,kemudian ditumis dengan 2 biji telur kuning.Campur garam secukup rasa

4. Goreng tauhu,kemudian potong halus-halus

Kuah popia

Bahan-bahan

Kismis 2 cawan

Cuka 2 sudu besar

Cabai kering 10 gram

Gula 1/2 Kilo

Cara menyediakan kuah popia

1.Rebus kismis,kemudian kisar dengan cabai kering

2.Masukkan kismis yang dikisar dengan cabai kering ke dalam periuk.Masukkan sedikit air

3.Campurkan cuka,gula dan garam secukup rasa.Masak dengan api yang kecil sehingga kuah pekat

tips = inti tu kalau nak sedap bubuh lah bawang goreng, steam shrimp meat dll

P/s My mom's recipe:

1. The sauce- We use dates instead of raisins and we don't put vinegar.

2. The skin- We put 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in the batter so that the pan does not need any greasing.

3. The filling- We only use stir fried sengkuang and carrot with prawn/ crabmeat or dried shrimp. We also put some sliced omelette in the roll. However, since I couldn't get sengkuang, I followed this recipe (with omellet) and it turned out as nice as my mom's.

The verdict - Both my mom's and Captain's mama's recipe rock!!!

Doa sekiranya ditimpa kesakitan / penyakit

Usman bin Abu Al- ‘Ash As-Saqqafi berkata : “Saya telah pergi bertemu Rasulullah SAW, sedang pada masa itu saya mengalami suatu penyakit yang agak berat, maka Rasulullah SAW bersabda :

Hoho
today let us share another simple dessert ....Triffle (got this recipe from a talented student of mine)
Bahan A:
1 tin susu cair
2 camca besar tepung custard
2 camca besar gula
ketiga -tiga bahan di atas dimasak diatas api sambil dikacau berterusan hingga likat sedikit ini utk lapisan custard.
Bahan B:
Beli sekotak agar agar segera ikut suka perasa saya suka either red(strawberry) or green(lime)
cairkan ikut instructions on the box.
Bahan C:
1 gulung swiss roll any flavour u like i love chocolate
Bahan D:
1 can of mixed fruits or nata de coco
Steps:
1. Cut the swiss roll & susun dalam bekas
2. Masak bahan A dan tuang ke atas swiss roll di dlm bekas tadi
3.Bila custard tu dah agak set taburkan mixed fruits atau nata de coco atau mana-mana buah dlm tin yang anda suka
4. Kemudian masak bahan B and tuang slow2 keatas lapisan step 3 tadi. Set n cool in the fidge before eating.

caramel projects




Resepi ni di jamin jadi ...........
Bahan :
1 tin susu cair,
6 biji telur,
1/2 cawan gula utk gula hangus,
1/2 cawan gula,
2 camca besar tepung kastad
Cara :
1. cairkan gula utk menjadikan caramel dlm acuan spt di atas
2. panaskan air dlm pengukus
3. pukul susu, tepung kastad, gula & telur hingga berbuih
4.bila gula caramel sudah siap masukkan ke dalam pengukus dan tuang bahan no 3 tadi.
5. kukus utk 20 minit

Umi

well its been a long long time since i entered my blog hi hi but i'm back. My Umi passed away on 15th Dec 2009 when i was 40years n 16 days old. I know that i had minute differences with her but now that she gone i felt a piece of me had gone too. The things she did around my house whenever she's around the garden behind my house which she will tend, mend the clothes that were torn, cook my children's favourite roti canai etc. it feeels as though she is still around.
we both recuperated at home when she had masectomy of her right breast n i amputated my right toes. JUst imagine the sick looking after the sick. I saw her cope with nausea caused by her chemo, her lost of hair n the..spouting of new ones. i was so positive that she will be here longer with us..but who am i Allah loves her more.

However i am very thankful to Allah that she was not bedridden for long before she passed on.For the guilt that i would have felt for not being able to look after her would be very heart breaking indeed on my part. Umi how i wished that i could pick up the phone n call u and u could call n talk just like before....

how i miss the "berletiaq" that i used to dread hearing...... all those memories that we shred will remainas bits and pieces that makes up my life
