4biji telor
135 air
1/4 garam
85ml mnyak masak
100gm gula halus
135tpg gandum
15gm serbuk koko
1cmca teh esen vanila/baking powder.
bahan B>4BIJI TELOR putih,90gm gula halus,secubit cream of tatar
cara2>panas oven 175c.satukan tpg gandum,serbuk koko,garam,baking pder,ayak .kuning telot,gula,kacau rata tuang air,kacau sebati sampai gula hancur,.masuk bahan yg di ayak tadi,gaul sebati,masuk mnyak,esen,.kacau,ketepikan,.
bahan b>putih telor dipukul hingga kembang,.masuk gula n cream tatar,pukul sampai pekat,.
campur putih telor dalam adunan pertama tadi secara kaup balik,.kacau sebati,.tuang dlam loyang chiffon,.bakar 45-50minit,.siap terbalikkan biar sejuk,.baru potong.
