Beef Lasagna

Beef Lasagna ( The old school way )

Trying on that recipe.

saute onion & garlic
add sauce & tomato puree
add mushroom & ground beef (optinal add carrot or replace meat to chic/tuna)
sugar salt to taste
cook it and keep aside

But still following the same step as my dad taught me last time.

2tbs flour
1/2 cup of water
1 to 2 cups of milk
italian herbs
salt to taste

in a pot heat 1 tbs butter
dilute flour with 1/2 cup of water then add in d pot
keep stirring the mixture
add milk (thicken d sauce as u desired)
italian herb & salt to taste

layer the lasagna
layer the sauce
layer the white sauce
layer the cheese
repeat process till finish
top wif cheese (i used cheedar & moza)

ready to bake!!
baked for 20 to 30 mins or till cook
